That's the 2nd time I have ordered from your premises and twice my order hasn't arrived and it's very unlikely that I would be ordering from yous again also phoned the shop and didn't get a answer so I don't think yous will get a 3rd chance

Went to collect my food and the closed the shop 🙈🙈

Cookies were stuck to paper and this wasted them

Said i didnt have an order. About 10 of them all jumping around behind the counter. Showed email for collection. Still no order. Left without anything. Never will order from here again

ordered the food at 9:15. I called up an hour later at 10:17 to ask when the door would arrive and I was told that it was currently on its way. I was then waiting another hour and by the time it actually arrived the milkshakes and the ice cream were completely melted

Brilliant food, very tasty, will definitely be ordering some again
