Made an order nearly 2 hours ago, I have not received my order when it says it has been delivered, I have called the shop 7 times they have not answered they have a lost a customer I am not happy this is the 2nd time this has happened to me

Brilliant food, very tasty, will definitely be ordering some again

Ordered at 850pm. Food arrived at 1020pm and one of the items was wrong. On phoning staff they said that they had run out of the item and that’s why a replacement was given. Why would nobody phone and ask what we’d want instead?! Then took another hour for the replacement item to arrive. Absolute disaster. No offer of any refund either.

Over two hours late and also forgot my milkshake I bought! Absolutely horrendous and won’t order again!

Didn’t have the icecream that I had bought and paid for. Menu wasn’t available to choose another when I arrived.
